Separate long Natural Italian Tulle sleeves with scattered 3D Crêpe Flower Lace appliqués and fabric covered buttons and loop closures on sleeve hem. Fit and flare skirt with inverted seam at back of train, Basque waistline and 2” horsehair hem.
